LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT/PLANNER: Rodgers Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Landscape Architect / Planner with a minimum of 3-7 years experience in land development feasibility studies, community planning / design, site design and grading for residential and commercial/retail projects. Position requires: AutoCad 2012, Civil 3D experience, strong presentation, graphics and excellent communication skills. Experience in Montgomery County and/or Frederick County, Maryland is beneficial.

CIVIL ENGINEER: Rodgers Consulting, Inc. is seeking a mid-level, degreed Civil Engineer with a minimum of 3-10 years experience in land development design in the following areas of expertise: residential and commercial/retail site planning and grading, water and sewer, storm drain, stormwater management and sediment control. Position will be responsible for the design and management of engineering construction drawings in a collaborative team environment. EIT or P.E. certification is preferred. AutoCAD 2012, Civil 3D is preferred. Experience in Montgomery County and/or Frederick County, Maryland is beneficial.
