LID/ESD presentation at MWCOG Conference

Dusty Rood participated in a panel discussion at the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments (MWCOG) Conference on Low Impact Development / Environmental Site Design (LID/ESD) for Urban Infill and Redevelopment. Dusty's presentation emphasized the opportunities associated with redevelopment and offered solutions for implementing LID/ESD without discouraging redevelopment.
