Sunrise at Fox Hill is a senior living community offering condominium units sited with garden, fountain or golf course views. The site boasts a Performing Arts Center, spa, fitness center, heated swimming pool, walking trail, indoor driving range, recording studio and artists’ studio. Rodgers Consulting was instrumental in development of a unique one-of-a kind approach to storm water management that includes above ground biofiltration and infiltration facilities to provide quality control, infiltration and ground water recharge. The site also incorporates underground filtering structures for quality control and underground storage vaults that capture the site runoff and release it at a rate equal to pre-developed conditions to help prevent erosion of the receiving streams. This was one of the first sites in Montgomery County to incorporate stormtrap storage vaults as a device to control water quantity discharge (quantity control).
