Client: Cabin Branch Owners Assemblage

Located in the western portion of the planned new town of Clarksburg, Maryland, Cabin Branch is a comprehensively planned, mixed-use, transit-oriented and pedestrian-friendly community of interlinked neighborhoods that implements the vision and strategic policy goals of the Clarksburg Master Plan.

Through the participation of four major property owners, design and engineering objectives will be implemented and phased in a comprehensive manner, which essentially ignores property lines in order to achieve the best overall plan.

This early, unprecedented cooperation and coordination effort for a large land area provides the County with a unique opportunity to implement the Clarksburg Master Plan for the entire Cabin Branch area. Due to this cooperative approach, the final plan will be far superior than would the sum of the individual properties if developed separately.
