Rodgers Consulting, Inc. Announces the Passion Pursuit Program

At Rodgers Consulting’s annual meeting and holiday celebration at the BlackRock Center for the Arts, President Dusty Rood announced an innovative new program for Rodgers’ employees. All employees have the opportunity to participate in a “Passion Pursuit,” whereby the firm will provide paid time off and help cover the expenses for employees to take a mini-sabbatical to explore and reignite their passion that drew them to this industry. For example, those who are passionate about urban design or water quality, could be to go to Portland, Oregon, meet with local officials and learn about how they’re implementing Environmental Site Design. Employees are given creative license to identify and define their passion pursuit.
